When our roof needed to be replaced, after speaking with several roofing companies, we chose Hi Low Roofing and the entire process was seamless. From the start, Mathew was professional, courteous and prompt with correspondence. On installation day the team arrived on time and didn’t waste a minute as they unloaded and set up equipment and materials. They took great care to protect our yard and driveway. Each team member seemed to have a dedicated job whether it was retrieving materials, ground cleanup, getting scraps into the dumpster, etc…we were impressed with their organization and efficiency. Project managers were present the entire time to ensure the job ran smoothly, every step of the project was well documented, and the finished roof looks great. We went with the heavier Certainteed Pro shingles which proved to be a good decision 3 weeks later when Hurricane Milton blew through and our new roof survived without any leaks or damage. When choosing Hi Low for our job we made the right choice.

I had a flat porch roof replaced by Hi Low Roofing. The entire job was well managed and they did a great job. The company sales representative Larry Sanders was very honest and strait forward about the best way to replace the roof so it would drain properly. The roofing crew that came and their project manager, Josh worked very hard all day and made sure things were done right. This is a great company to do business with.
