Where do I start, Dave did an excellent job on my home that had a slab leak. It effected kitchen, dining room, 2 baths and master. It took one phone call and Dave took over. he came right over to my house and with his Thermal Imaging was able to locate effected areas and set up his fans and dehumidifiers. He took up floors baseboards to dry out. Dave's communication with me was A+. He is very knowledgeable in mold assessment, water damage, remediation and customer service. During this process I broke my leg and Dave was kind enough to let my dogs out and offered to go to the store for me!! What contractor does that!!!!

The owner David and his crew responded to my situation quickly, after being referred to me. After assessing the damage they took the time to explain the treatment and costs. After some discussion I agreed to move forward with them.
They were efficient, and did everything that was expected. The proposed amount of time needed to dry the damp space was 4 days. They found it un-necessary to treat it beyond the 3rd day, terminating the service and reducing the amount we agreed upon by several hundred dollars, which made a big difference for me. How much more honesty do you need than that, to gain one's trust. A job well done and priced well below the competition. Highly Recommended. Thank You Guys!

Very glad I called captain clean. My house was flooded and they came out with a friendly staff with their equipment. Even the insurance adjuster came out and was very impressed with Dave’s equipment and drying methods. I didn’t have to pay them a dollar because insurance took care of it. Definitely recommend them
