Our delivery driver was Humberto, he was excellent! He provided an eta and was on time, communicated through out the whole process. He Was able to drop off his load in a frequently busy parking lot, while successfully not blocking anyones way. 10/10 service and great driver.

Humberto was an excellent delivery driver. Helped me pick the perfect location to put the mulch down and even helped lay out my tarps. Mulch was in great condition. Would definitely recommend Everglades and Humberto!

Landis... thanks for your exceptional customer service. It felt as if I was in a TV commercial. You were outside when I arrived at the store for my edger. You hold the door for me as you helped me from the beginning to the end, minimizing my downtime. I'll add that you also helped a team member from the front desk as you both apologize to me for any inconvenience.

I broke my mower and didn’t know what to do as I don’t have a truck or trailer to tow it somewhere. I called Everglades Equipment Group and they came and picked it up and dropped it back off after making the repair. They made it a breeze! The delivery driver Wes was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me tips on extending the life of my mower. I was very appreciative of that. Additionally, Paige kept me up to date and was always friendly and professional. You’ve earned a lifetime customer! Thank you Wes and Paige!!!

I’m the owner of True Exterior and I always go to Everglades for my landscape needs. I recently order 5 yards of the Tan River rocks and our delivery driver was Humberto Penaloza. He was amazing!!! He took the time to discuss with us the best place to drop off the rocks and he did it where it didn’t leave a mess. He was precise and very friendly and I hope to get him again the next time I order.

Alex the salesman was great to work with, helpful and listened to my requirements. Mike the manager was quick to act and made things right. Wes the delivery man was friendly and helpful, went over everything and topped off the tank before delivery. This is my 3rd new JD tractor, this group has been the best, I definitely would recommend them.
