I didn't shop here but I stopped here to drop armfuls of donations off. I walked in struggling both arms full. I was not greeted friendly and I was not offered any assistance. Instead, the woman yelled from across the store we are not taking donations and we do not accept clothing. It was not an easy task for me to load all the items up and drive them to the store for donations, needless to say, I will not be donating to the store or shopping at the store ever again. The woman did not offer any assistance, greet me nicely, or offer any other options on where to drop my donations off. Clearly they do not care about the giving nature of the community or even think to say thank you for bringing donations.

I got some bookcases, a brass/glass table and a chair from here. Staff is friendly, I borrowed blankets from them to wrap the glass and brought them back a week later. They have dudes in the back to help put things in your car, but they can also hold a few days if you need to come back. I find their pricing weird, quality heavy duty items of genuine wood, brass etc are low cost and fake stuff like Formica or ikea/looking things that likely won’t last seem to be high cost. Worth a visit.

Went in to check it out, and picked out 2 recliners I wanted because they were so comfortable! Very friendly with kind and helpful employees. Was busy with people looking, as well as others continually picking up purchased furniture/appliances.

I liked this place mostly for their tools and materials section. It is amazing what you can find there. I have to remember to check them out first, before going to Home Depot, when I shop for my next handyman project. I also loved the books section. Great prices and a wide selection.
However, most furniture seems to be overly pricey. I was shocked to see the price tags on some pieces, especially the ones that are totally outdated. And not in a good, vintage kind of way dated, but plain obsolete, like TV stands for the old thick televisions, for example.
Overall, will definitely visit this store again. I love me a good treasure hunt, arrgh 😉

I really enjoy going to this restore location. The prices are definitely reflecting the fact that they are trying to sell the product but also not make it out to be a department store. And everyone has always been so nice when I go there. If I have a question they answered if they can. I'm never given false promises or false prices. I appreciate the honesty.

The store and staff are great, no issues with them. I also donated my mini van to them and the transaction went smoothly.

BUT the guys who went to my house to pick up donations were so RUDE and unfriendly.... Didn’t take some of the furniture they were supposed to take, no space on the truck they said. Left most of the almost new small appliances I was donating for no reason.
The way they treated me, made me sorry to had donated to Habitat for Humanity.

The staff was very friendly here we had some wood flooring that came with our house when we purchased it that we could not use so we looked for a place that would accept it. Well this is not your typical thrift shop was clothing and small decor items this has everything that you will need to fix up your home that has all been donated so the prices are very reasonable and again the staff was very friendly if you're looking to fix up your home and you are handy they recommend stopping by here firstfor you might find something that you could use at a fraction of the price
