Bruce Moia was extremely instrumental in guiding us through the process of bringing our Palm Bay commercial building into conformance with the City of Palm Bay. We had a list of violations due to a previous tenant we foreclosed upon that seemed insurmountable. Bruce took over & led us every step of the way. I was in a very difficult situation buying a distressed property. The previous owner opened a permit to add bedroom and bathroom but left it unfinished. Engineer Villamizar helped getting the remaining jobs inspected, finished, and approved.
