I’m not the kind to leave online reviews but I felt this was necessary to prevent others from making my mistake.
If I could give 5 negative stars I would. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional outfit in my entire life.
New to town, I searched for a reputable firm. Their website and Ocean drive address looked respectable.
Lesson number one--never judge a book by its cover.
I hired them to do work for me. In short, they completely mismanaged the entire project. Their incompetence was absolutely astounding.

To make matters worse, they readily admitted their faults but never once offered so much as an apology or showed even the slightest sense of regret or remorse. They couldn't have cared less. They were completely and totally indifferent.
Thankfully I found another accounting firm on the Island who cleaned up their mess and completed the job successfully and professionally.

My wife and I have used Kmetz, Elwell, Graham & Associates, PLLC for a couple of years now and truly are blessed we have. We used to do our taxes on our own, yet with some medical issues and a new job they became a bit tougher to do ourselves. We called Brian Elwell and he helped us with every part of them.
