In their Phoenix Location I want to bring attention to an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed by the management of this company. A homeless individual has set up a makeshift home next to the business, and the accumulation of trash in the area has become a significant concern. This person has been living here for a couple of months.

The current state of this area reflects poorly on the company and its role in the community. This issue wasn't present with the previous tenants of this building. While I understand that this is a complex situation, it would be appreciated if the company could take some responsibility and provide support, such as trash cans, to help maintain cleanliness and prevent the problem from spreading further.

When I contacted the owner number on the sign to discuss the issue, they dismissed it as a city problem and showed no intention of contacting the city to ensure it gets resolved sounding very threatening and offended. The owner was rude during our phone conversation and made it clear that they do not care to take responsibility.

Their trucks have more plastic flying out than anyone can imagine!! The tarp was halfway on!! Bad drivers = bad company who doesn't actually care about what they are doing!! Truck with No break lights!!!🤬

Reading the other comments I can’t relate outside of some of the way drivers drive and rushing as a driver myself I shake my head at some of them but that’s not Stella.

Here in NC every person in management I’ve met is respectful fair and honest. They help us ICs when they can if they can. Open door policy. I like Stella as a company I appreciate them giving me an opportunity and stability in this trucking industry. I see myself growing my company with Stella hopefully to retire my career with Stella. I give 4 stars and not 5 because I’ve been contracted with them for just a year and there’s still some improvements that need to be done but I will say they are working on things here in NC and nothing happens overnight.

I've been working around Stella trucks and trailers for a few years now. The drivers are as dangerous as the trailers. Who ever is in charge of trailer maintenance is seriously incompetent. Drivers have come in hauling one of there trailers with tires missing and they weren't even aware the tires had come off. The tires are so bad that the cords are clearly visible yet the drivers have no problem hauling the loads. I pray no one is hurt from the present dangers.

If you’re an Owner Operator then STAY AWAY. They’ll pretty much sub contract anyone with a semi truck but good luck trying to get paid on time and getting paid enough. You’ll go through tires weekly because of the landfill and loading areas not being cleaned at all.

The pay…. well the pay is a joke. You won’t make more than $1000 a day and you still have fuel cost which you can get a discount on but you’re still not going to make enough for the wear and tear and the tires you’ll be constantly replacing. If you really want to run landfill loads then get in touch with other contractors who pay more and won’t take advantage of you. You’ve been warned, stay away!

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! If I could give them a zero I would!! They talk all this hype up front, get you to change your insurance to meet their qualifications and, once you're in their system, they don't contact you anymore. We've been waiting for over three weeks for a trailer that was supposed to come in 2 weeks ago that was never produced. While, at the same time, they keep sending blank load reports for the week, and the one who was supposed to be the contact, refuses to answer their phone. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Management here is the worst so much favoritism if you're not one of their favorites you won't be there very long.
