Patrick was at hour house an hour later, gave us options, on the spot quote and brought in another electrician that wasn't even scheduled to work the holiday to help. Roy did a wonderful job changing our lights to LEDs from our yellowing incandescent. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire experience and went above and beyond after completion. I asked him to replace a few ceiling tiles (we already had them) after the job was complete and without hesitation, he got his ladder back out and helped us to change them out!
