I had a great experience with Sean and John. John took the time to explain everything and was very fair on what needed to be tested. Doing a home remodel of a 1970s basement. With a family living at home during a remodel I now have to piece of mind we don’t have asbestos or lead issues during demo.

I am not certain about the quality of work. The company was contacted by a Mitigation Company, Servpro, to do testing for a lead and asbestos. The worker was at the house for about 20 minutes to take samples and charged $1,240.00. The company did not bill insurance as I instructed. Servpro did not offer a choice of independent contractors and I imagine there is soime connection between the companies.

Their agreement says bill to insurance but if there are any issues they make you do all the ground work as a customer for them to get paid! (doesn't explain this just has you sign).I would not recommend this business to friends or family
