Crazy that someone else could claim my address while i live here, kick me off the billing, shut down my account, without any authorization or notification. My power could have shut off from non-payment and I would have never known except that I happened to check my account one day and noticed i couldn't log in. The only positive is the rep I talked to on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful.

Charged us again for a bill we had already paid early. Told us the payment could only be used as a credit towards another account or request to reverse the payment through the bank, which was already a month after the payment. Asked them to apply the credit to another account after moving to a new place, but they stopped responding and closed my previous account in their system, so customer support can’t find it anymore. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

Absolutely trash. They Nickle and dime you for as much as they can and in return has such poor customer service, usability, and function as a company. Setting up a business account with them is a joke. They don’t even return call backs when they stated they would.

Disappointed. RIPOFF!!! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR COMED!!!!!!! These people are so screwed, someone is going to sue them, but all they do is post billboards and tv advertisements when they should be putting money towards unfreezing accounts. People haven't gotten their electricity bills yet- or in months/year. Worst customer service ever- they'll tell you itll be unfrozen "soon" but we all now its never happening. Someone please file a class action law suit. Comed is a bunch of ROBBERS

I am a brand new customer. I have been trying to contact a human at this company for the past 3 weeks. Phone hold times are over an hour, but I waited and literally no one ever came after almost 2 hours. I called back and opted for the call back option, and the auto voice told me someone would call me back 5 hours later...NEVER GOT A CALL. Is this even a real company?!
