This will be about the 3rd time past month and a half the power went out and shut my ps5 down. It's been over an hour now and we still don't have power. Is this going to be a constant thing? Their getting paid a alot so why are we getting 5 outages a month?

They are NEITHER forthcoming, or, THOROUGH in their explanation of billing.
Just now, ISNT the first time, I got ripped off by these people. The one gal, I heard do s short giggle when I told her "That's not right! You can't just do that arbitrarily! You're to have a process! Beginning with INFORMING CUSTOMER OF DEBITS TO ACCOUNTS THROWING OFF THEIR BUDGET & basically, reaching in our wallets when theirs is empty. As long as their the monopoly here, you can expect it again. Outright removing funds.Thats messed up.

A little on the high side with rates, like everything in Alaska, but when there is an outage, I can trust that it will be taken care of quickly and with excellent communication to their members. Their Facebook page as well as their app, are accurate and responsive. MEA isn't cheap, but I trust in them as an organization.
