I contacted Colorado Hazard Control to install a radon mitigation system in my home and they went above and beyond any expectations that I had. I was impressed with the efficiency of the installation and especially how clean they left my home upon finishing. Brian Ross, the project manager for the installation, was communicative every step of the way and made sure I knew what to expect and and how long it would take. We have a rental property that the renters TRASHED! And the house was filled with dog, cat, and rabbit feces. We had to gut the entire place but could not even go in due to the toxicity. Dan and his team at CO Hazard Control came in and cleared out the whole house making it safe for us to rebuild. They were super prompt on getting us taken care of, kind and compassionate about the situation, and super clear with all communication. We would use them again and recommend them to everyone!! Worst company I have ever worked with. I hired them for lead abatement and they left lead paint chips all over the ground, even near entrances to the home. Lead paint was still peeling off the house after they left. The owner was very rude and argumentative and unwilling to come back and do the job right.

I've have had an excellent experience working with CHC. The CHC team came up to Laramie to do mold remediation in my house. They were very professional, communicative, and responsive to my concerns throughout the process. The remediation was done well and cleared by a 3rd party inspector. I am very satisfied and would recommend this company.
