I have no words to express my gratitude to them. They guided me through every process of my transition to concierge medicine, they allowed me to be innovative and proceed with concierge endocrinology which is ultimately what I wanted to pursue. My practice has been working with Specialdocs Consultants for over two and a half years. Our transition to the concierge model was managed expertly with excellent advice about marketing and initial patient recruitment. We did very well with our initial enrollment from our existing practice. Since then, Specialdocs has introduced us to avenues to bringing new patients into our established practice. Specialdocs has also provided support for interactions with health insurance companies, management of our website, telemedicine, and ongoing communications to our patients, including an innovative video texting platform. Our emails and phone calls are always addressed promptly. We are very happy with the professionalism and results from Specialdocs!

Specialdocs made the transition to concierge medicine a pleasure. They were able to provide me experienced, expert advice and assist me at each stage of the transition. My transition was difficult for me because I had to break off decades long relationships with hundreds of patients who did not want to join the new practice. I also have 2 practice options, primary care and endocrine-only. Special docs help me maintain my status as an endocrinologist while taking on primary care in a concierge practice.
