Properly diagnosed and fixed my car problems every time I have had an issue. Always fixed in a timely manner. Very trustworthy!!! Honest and accurate pricing. I finally found a mechanic that knows how to fix any and all car problems, and won’t overcharge me. And above all, I know I am safe driving my car after it gets repaired here. So I haven't taken my car here but I called them today for an emergency with my car, I had no idea what to do. The guy who picked up helped me come up with a plan to deal with my emergency, super calm and SO HELPFUL when I was absolutely panicked. I feel like these are extremely honest kind people, we met them at a community event and got a very good vibe from them and today solidified that. If I need a mechanic, I'm not hesitating to come here.

Abby Automotive is a reliable source for all your car repair needs. I stopped in and had them put vanity plate covers on my new car. Chris did an excellent job putting them on the front and back. The screws and the screw covers that came with the plate covers didn’t fit correctly. Chris took his time, used his own supplies (longer screws) to make them fit right and secure.

The shop is very clean and well organized. They have a comfortable waiting area and are conveniently located on Higgins Road a little ways past the high school. Chris at Abby Automotive was honest, personable, provided great service and a very fair price!

If I had another car I would have no problem bringing it in to Chris to service it.

I already ran a diagnostic and know exactly whats wrong with my vehicle. I ask for a quote to repair the part but they stated they have to run there own diagnostic (which cost money), I asked well since I told you what was wrong exactly will you just use the diagnostic funds towards the actual repair, they stated no. So in my mind two red flags and that's enough for me to go elsewhere. I dislike money hungry repair shops.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from a local used car dealership and decided to take it to Abby Auto to get it looked over prior to finalizing the deal. Chris and Mike immediately inspected it, ran a full diagnostic, and put the car up on the lift. Despite the car's clean appearance and CarFax report, it turned out to be a mechanical mess and needed several major repairs, estimated to cost thousands of dollars. Chris took me around the car and spent a lot of time explaining each potential problem to me, allowing me to take photos to bring back to the dealership. Based on his advice, thankfully I did not purchase. He saved me a huge headache in the long-run and lots of money. Also, this shop is impeccably clean and so nice inside. Highly recommend. I had a piece of plastic, possibly a cover or protective piece on the underside of my vehicle hanging down and dragging along the road, I stopped by the dealership on Golf Road but of course they were busy. I brought it down the street to Abby, and Chris briefly paused his current job to roll my car on the rack and fix it, and he didn't charge me for it. Easy fix, I wasn't there even for 15 minutes, but I appreciate the willingness to address it right away. Love the family business level of customer service. Better than dealerships and franchises. A+
