Ever since Republic took over it’s been a mess. They miss pickups multiple times and still want to charge full price. Do t get me started on the 30$ cancellation they try to charge for breaking a contract. We never signed a contract with them we got stuck with them when they bought out flowers sanitation.

Missed pickups and still charge full price. Charge for a months use even though you cancelled and they didn't pick up the dumpster. No signed contract, but you are bound by a contract Flowers Sanitation was outstanding, but Republic is terrible.

My bill went up $26 for “fuel charges” making my bill 79 every three months instead of $52. I called and talked to a service rep names Tamara and she was very friendly and helped me get a lower rate so my bill would only be $56 a month. She was very helpful and I appreciated it greatly.

Last year they bought out our little local trash company, and at the beginning of this year they surprised everyone by charging for three months at a time without telling anyone. For a while now they've been squeezing our bins so hard with their truck's claw when they pick it up that they didn't fully empty the can. We thought it would improve over time but it kept getting worse so we decided to cancel. You do not get refunded for the months you don't use if you decide to cancel in the beginning or middle of a quarter because of the surprise 3 month policy they dropped on us. What a dump!

If zero starts was an option that is what they would get from me. Staff is rude and you sit on hold for a minimum of 10 mins waiting to talk to someone. They skip pick ups and when you start services they charge $17.50 a month for my location yet somehow with out missing a payment i now owe $52.50. I realize that adds up to be 3 months but nothing was shared with me that they were going to start charging 3 months at a time and when I call they tell me i have been paying that all along. I somehow have 3 accounts for one address and all 3 accounts owe different amounts. Unorganized rude and unreliable! I will never use this service again!

Actually 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service. At least 2 times a month I have to request a pick up. Called today to ask for a bill credit and was told they don't credit unless it is over a week. Apparently you have to request service weekly to get them to come like they are supposed to. Why am I paying for weekly service?

I tried to call them in September & October of 2021 over 25 times trying to sign up for service. I could never get anyone to answer the phone or return a voicemail. I gave up and called Community Sanitation at (618) 729-9090 and signed up with them. Great Service with nice people.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. Terrible customer service and terrible company. Called to resolve an issue with fraudulent billing and was told it was resolved on 3 separate occasions.
