This was hands down the worst experience ever—save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere! Completely unprofessional. I went in with a cracked iPhone 14 Pro hoping to get a proper screen replacement, and the problems started right away. The first time I showed up, he wasn’t even there, making me wait 20 minutes for him to arrive. After paying $150 for the repair, the phone started having ghost touch issues the very next day. A week later, the phone lost all connectivity and wouldn’t recognize touch. When I called him at 7:30 PM, he agreed to take a look, so I drove 40 minutes to his store—only to get a text saying, “Come back in the morning.” After explaining how far I drove, he reluctantly agreed to meet me but still made me wait another 20 minutes when I got there. When he finally arrived, he claimed it was just a “glitch,” not a hardware issue, and initially tried to charge me $40 to fix it. I argued that this wasn’t my fault, and after some back-and-forth, he reduced the price to $20 before agreeing to fix it for free. While I’m no hardware expert, I work in IT and know when a device should function properly post-repair. Sure enough, the issue wasn’t resolved—the screen still turns off completely unless I double-tap or hold the power button (and no, this is not a setting I enabled). At this point, I’m trading the phone in, but DO NOT COME HERE. The only saving grace? He provided a warranty & his pricing isn't bad but you pay for what you get.
