My sister is a resident at Holly Brook Herrin. After visiting all the choices in the area, she choose this one because she liked easy access to the outdoors where she sees lots of wildlife, including deer, rabbits, ducks, and birds just outside her patio.

As a frequent visitor, I see that the staff is extremely attentive and pleasant. Looking at their monthly calendar, I admire the variety and quality of their planned activities. The director, Howard, is outstanding. He is responsive to questions and requests, and is a pleasant and charming person.

If I or my husband ever need to move into an assisted living facility, I would definitely choose Holly Brook Herrin.

If you ever need a place like home, this is it. I had my mother-in-law here for over three years. Unfortunately she got to the point where she need more advanced nursing care than Holly Brook could provide. All of the people working at this assisted living were beyond wonderful. From the loving Brenda who cleaned her apartment to Howard who was the leader of all at Holly Brook, I never meet a single person who did not care deeply for the residents. I spent many years in nursing home facilities providing them with professional services, and none have been better than Villas of Holly Brook.

My mother has been in this facility for over 6 years now. The thing that impresses me the most is the caring staff. They are so kind and loving that it reassures me she is being well cared for. From the kitchen staff to the housekeeper to the CNA's to the nurses to the activity director, they all show kindness to mother. In the times she has had difficulties and had to go to the hospital they have handled it very well, even sitting with her in the ER when I was out of town. They help her with bathing, medicine reminders, etc. She is at a place in her life where she is unable to live alone and care for her needs so they have stepped in and enabled me to live a fairly normal life without constant worrying about her. I highly recommend this place.

I would highly recommend this Assisted Living Facility. All of the personnel has been extremely caring and helpful. The atmosphere is very pleasing. I have eaten a few meals with my Mother and the food is excellent. I love that I can count on them taking good care of my Mother. Helps me sleep at night!
