Agnes was professional, friendly, and a proactive communicator. She answered most of my questions before I even k ew I had them. Got a great price on a certified pre-owned courtesy vehicle. Quite possibly one of the best dealership experiences I've had to date. After being disappointed by two dealers locally to me, I decided to explore buying a car sight unseen. I was very particular on the options I was looking for, and LR Hinsdale had the only one in the nation for sale with exactly what I was looking for.

I called and reached Alan Vilma, one of the coolest salesmen I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I told him the situation and he said no problem! The car was nearly perfect, but had 3-4 door dings from the previous owner which Alan and his manager Rich made sure to make me aware of. I received multiple in-depth photos and videos to make the buying process incredibly transparent. These guys lowered the price for me and gave me an incredible trade in offer to make sure I was beyond satisfied. Most dealers don't care about their used inventory and sell "as-is." LR Hinsdale offered to make the car perfect with their own bodyshop or cover repairs near me.

I originally intended to ship my trade and my new car, but decided on a road trip instead. Handover and finance was seamless. Dora, my finance manager, was great. I NEVER buy warranty from a dealer, but she only offered me protection that she herself has and uses (which I ended up taking). If the finance manager bought the same wheel and tire, I will too.

When the time comes to buy a full-size Range Rover, I will NOT buy from any local NY dealer. I will make the trek back to LR Hinsdale because of the incredible service and attention I received. Thank you Alan and crew.
