5 star reviews should not be valid as they are 90% from their current employees and former employees, of course this is expected as they offer employees $25 per every review they post including those coming from friends and family, then they pay $$$$ to have the negative reviews removed. BTW all this information coming from a gentleman that works there who is obvious hates that job! I was referred to bring my material here just to be turned around because the girl on the phone gave me a different price than what I was originally given before coming to their facility all the way from the Midway area. Those ladies in the big location yard were rude, one too busy smoking to give us directions and the one on the window too busy arguing with the guy in her office so we had to wait until we were finally seen and sent off!

They moved to a better new location there at Bellwood now ,there very friendly and they can help you out. Remember prices can change in any recycling company. Go and and get your money for your scrap ! They have good service. For trucks easy in and out there are polite and tell you where to go.I did not get a headache the other locations give you a hard time very slow and rude.

Brought in Iron, Brass & Copper (#2). My copper was just under 1 LB on their scale so, they had me combine my brass & copper which totalled 3 LBS. I didn't check my receipt until I was home to see they only paid me for 2 LBS of brass at $1.75/LB. Took my copper & paid me nothing for it. BEWARE!

Out of all the recycling places I've ever picked a load up at, these guys here compared to all the others are very helpful in telling you where to go and what to do. They're very respectful and polite to drivers. Easy in & out you just gotta scale in & the scale master will tell you where to go.

Really long wait were big trucks unload. They have to be more organized. After I weight in we were there waiting to get unloaded for 2 hours!
