I don’t know how environmentally sound this company truly is but if it’s anything like their ethics and concern for public safety I would be extremely suspect. I worked as a truck driver for a company that has a contract with them and the company tankers (what transports their product to fields are like nothing I’ve ever seen in trucking. They are so poorly maintained that they are a danger to the truckers that are forced to drive them but more importantly, other drivers that share the road with them.

I have worked for several trucking companies and none of them would put their drivers and the public in danger the way this company does by having such horribly maintained equipment on public roads. I had two rear wheels completely come off of my trailer because the bolts were so old and rusty. Fortunately, due to the grace of God, they broke off on a dirt road that was only used to access their fields, because had they done so on a public road with families driving in their cars the consequences likely would have been catastrophic.

Another's time my valves opened on a public road due to either an electrical, or pneumatic failure. The worst part is when their deplorable equipment fails they blame and punish the drivers. When the rear trailer wheels broke off of their trailer I lost a week of work. When their valves opened and spilled their putrid sludge all over the road I lost another day of work.

I finally got fed up with the constant problems and their policy of blaming everything on the driver and not their atrocious trailers and was let go because I let my frustration get the better of me and expressed my feelings. I take responsibility for that but I was at the point I literally couldn’t take anymore. I don’t know how this company hasn’t been shut down by the DOT until they make their trailers safe for public transportation but hopefully they will be held accountable at some point. I have attached a picture of the axle that my rear trailer wheels broke off of so that readers can see for themselves.

They do not care about the environment. Where I live there is a water treatment area and green grass all around. They came in with all there machinery and killed it all off and drained all the water within the water treatment area. How do they care about the environment?

So sick of this company spreading its filth in our county. They have no morals for spreading literal loads of toxins here. Absolutely sick of the stench and do not think this company cares about any environmental repercussions or health implications for the locals.
