Global Adjusting did a great job for me with my roof replacement and insurance claim. I had no idea that I had storm damage so I’m happy that Sylvester stopped by and offered to fly a drone over the house then show me pictures. The Global Adjusting team handled the insurance claim perfectly and got it approved and 100% paid for without any problems. The workmanship is very good and it was done on the day they said it would be done. What really sold me on Global Adjusting was Sylvester and his communication style and knowledge. I didn’t feel like I was talking to salesman but more of a hands-on expert. He was very patient in explaining the complicated process and very responsive to my questions. Large insurance claims and very expensive home repairs naturally cause anxiety but Sylvester was there for me the whole time! If you think you may have storm damage but you’ve been turned off in the past by the door-to-door salesman types, I recommend calling Global Adjusting and Sylvester highly.

Don't hesitate and give them a call! We truly did not have much expectations after a hail storm given our roof was fairly new, but decided to give Global Adjusting a call from their mail in flyer and it was the best thing we've ever done =) From the initial meeting to the relentlessly thorough follow ups, it was clear we were in good hands. They tirelessly worked with the insurance adjusters and was able to get a brand new DaVinci roof installed this past summer and it looks absolutely amazing. The team of contractors that help are incredible top to bottom in terms of reliability, hard work clean up, and the finished product.
