Germ Masters was absolutely life changing for us. We had a huge mold issue due to solar panel installation issues.

Knowing the time constraint, Philip moved mountains to help us. He showed up, did the testing perfectly and with his report we were able to remediate pretty much half our house.

After checking out the bathroom, he offered a mold test and it turned out that we had mold around the sink. They went above and beyond by offering other restoration services by other companies and in Florida it's always to be in the look out. Recently my Mother's house had some mold and mildew issues that needed to be taken care of. A friend referred me to Germ Masters and I ended up hiring them to treat and remove the mold/mildew. I had always suspected there might be asbestos in the house as it was built in the 1940s. The Germ Masters team were able to confirm my suspicions by testing the entire house for asbestos and walked me through what they offer in terms of safe remediation and removal services.
