Couldn't be happier with our stay.
Room was very clean with a microwave and mini fridge, pool area was great with lots of towels+seating available, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend this location.
Also, I can't remember the gentleman's name, but his customer service was amazing and he was a delight to speak with.

We had a wonderful staycation at Hampton Inn & Suites! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view, making our stay even more enjoyable. There was ample parking, which made things super convenient, and the breakfast had a great variety of choices to start the day off right. The overall experience was fantastic, and we truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

I have been staying at the Hampton for eight years, and the cleanliness of the rooms and quality of the service has never been this good. Dave at the desk is accommodating, professional and welcoming. The level of customer service feels like something you don’t see much post-pandemic and I’m glad to see it has found its way back to this Hilton property. I look forward to seeing what the awesome staff have in store for 2025.

I definitely won't be back.For starters, my toilet was filthy. It had a long straight light brown hair and brown pee splatters on it.My sister, who was in a different room also had a pee splattered toilet. The phone was clear across the room instead of beside the bed. We attempted to call for about 30 minutes to allert the front desk and no one answered. At one point ut must have been taken off the hook because it was busy. My sister ended up walking downstairs because she was in less pain than I. There was no one at the desk and she had to search for a person. We were move to a different room that was smaller than what I paid for and did not have the roll in shower I also booked with my reservation. Only 1 key woked and they did not switch the room number in the system for the wifi. We were given vouchers for free breakfast which were supposed to have been free anyway. The $15.95 breakfast was mediocre at best. It was labeled as a buffet but it consists of pork sausage as the only meat,extremely watery oatmeal,breads, cereal and eggs. The coffee had to be brought out by an attendant cup by cup and she was the only server. Not that they asked how our stay was at checkout, but it wasn't the best.

Main reason for the bad rating is that the front staff are terrible at their job. I had booked my stay from Feb 19th to 22nd 2025 through Expedia. My flight was delayed coz of a snow storm and I called the reception to inform I will land only the next day. The guy who attended the call was quite blunt and kept repeating that he couldn’t find my reservation and that I should contact the booking agency (Expedia). When I landed the next day, the lady at the reception repeated the same thing. I told her that I have an iternary number and after giving her that, she said that somebody else has checked in under my name. Meaning, the receptionist from the previous day had checked in another guest under my name mistakenly. Ufff, I have never heard of such crap but atleast kudos to her for finding it out. I had come for a medical procedure and just wanted to rest without any drama.
They gave me a room and within 10 mins someone enters randomly. It was the cleaning lady and I guess she had not been made aware that a guest had checked in. She apologized profusely though. I was dressed so it’s fine but what if i was changing, somebody walking in would have been so embarrassing.

Other cons are that Bathroom sink was very small that and water kept spilling outside constantly. The lotion bottle was empty and not filled.

The only pros are that the room and bathroom were clean, nothing else.

**I believe Hampton inn branches give 2 complementary water bottles during check in (noticed bottles inside bags near the reception). With all the drama that happened to me during my check in, I got nothing. Guess they forgot or maybe I should have asked, whatever!

This Hampton was really nice, as nice as any I’ve stayed in. Room prices were great, surprisingly low, at just over $100 a night. The two gentleman at the front desk that checked me in were great, unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The fitness room here is really nice with a couple treadmills, couple bikes, weight machine, full rack of dumbbells from 5 to 75 pounds. This hotel is located in a pretty big business park. The area was really clean and seemed very safe. The hotel is right next to the freeway, but was very quiet inside. There’s an IHOP and a Chili’s about a five minute walk away.

The only reason I didn’t give this a five star is because in the last six months, I’ve had nothing but problems at Hampton Inn’s specifically, including this one, trying to connect Firesticks and gaming devices. No issues trying to connect my phone or notebook but anything else, no luck. I called Hilton Honors to see if I could speak with somebody in an IT department to ask them about this. Hilton Honors couldn’t help, and they told me they didn’t even have a contact phone number for Hiltonā€˜s IT department. This is happening to me at Hamptons everywhere across the country. I mentioned this to the front desk agent that checked me out, who was great, and she told me that another guest had told her the same thing an hour earlier.

I’d planned to stay in this room for a couple more nights, but after being frustrated again not being able to connect certain devices, I checked out and moved into the Hilton Garden Inn across the freeway. No problem at all connecting all devices at the Hilton Garden Inn. I love the Hampton, but I think I’ve stayed in my last one. I’ve never had a problem at the Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites, Doubletree, only the Hampton’s. I sure wish they’d figure this out!

My wife and I arrived around 8pm. Even with GPS, it was a little bit challenging getting to the hotel. From the direction we came in, it’s a bit tucked away, not super visible at night. I did the check in, and digital key, on the app, so we bypassed stopping at the front desk. During the bypass of the front desk we did not spot any employee in the vicinity. We were on the 3rd floor. The room was clean, looked good, and smelled good. Quite spacious. Everything worked well. The bed was quite comfy. Though no fault of the hotel, we only ended up staying until 4am, then did the checkout on the app, and left. Serious jet lag was keeping us awake, so we decided to leave early. We were way too early for breakfast. Our short stay was nice. If the price was right, I would consider staying there again.
