It was 48 hours before we were leaving on vacation in our travel trailer and we found a hive in the skylight when we went to load it. I called around 7 pm and Ted made it out the next day and took care of it. Great to work with.

Incredibly helpful and honest. I live in Virginia and mistakenly called this PA-based business with the same name as a business down here. The call lasted several minutes before either of us recognized the mixup and he was very professional and helpful, providing me with honest insight about what was and was not necessary to remove a squirrel and clean up the mess the squirrel has left in my home. Even after realizing it was not geographically possible to have my business, he continued to advise me and provide me with the information necessary to figure out who was ripping me off down here, and did so in an extremely patient, friendly, and professional manner.

If you are in Pennsylvania, I highly recommend using his services.

If you are in Virginia, I highly recommend calling him by accident and finding out the real deal about what the whole trapping and exclusion process should include and cost.

Ted and his team are awesome. Had him out once in the winter for wasps and haven’t seen one in my lower level since. Had him out recently to spray my property for spiders as a precautionary measure and got on his quarterly plan. His prices are extremely reasonable, he’s always been on time, and his products are animal friendly which is a huge plus since I have a dog. I recommend!

Technicians provided excellent customer service. They were professional looking and pleasant. I know very little about insects but they spoke to me on a level that I understood, explaining the process to eliminate my situation with the huge hornets nest. Would definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional!!! He was recommend to my realtor from another company. I wouldn't recommend him at all!!! Took my realtor 3 different times with this guy's before he FINALLY come to do the inspection on July 15th. I was in town from Colorado to make sure things were going smoothly since my family is military and we will be moving to Pennsylvania in a few months. I'm now unsure if I'll close on my house in time because he has YET to send in correct paperwork. My realtor and loan company have left him several messages and yet no response. BUT he did have the time to write up a review on my realtor saying when he showed up we were having a party on the deck. Lol not the case. You showed up late with lots of excuses. Because I don't owe the house yet my husband, realtor and the home inspector guy wanted to respect the owner of the house space so we sat out on the deck. Maybe if you would of came up to the deck you could of seen that we weren't having a party but discussing things about the house that needed repairs. BUT you decided to assume things and lie on my realtor and my husband and I.

So since you had time to write up a review on my wonderful realtor how about fill out that paperwork we need and been asking for (been about a month since we asked for it) so I can close on my house on time and be held up waiting on you. Would GREATLY appreciate that.

Edit: so where is the updated correction that he and my loan company has asked you for? They still have NOT received that from you. And they have called you several times asking for this correction from you.
