You performed my service on the same day that I received a text offering a discount for this service. I called to see if I could get a refund on my payment and was told "no". This isn't right. Maybe that's the way you do business. I'll share this experience with others.
Update on refund. Parker heating and air understood my concern and because I was a long time customer decided to give me a refund for the service. This shows me that they take the satisfaction of their customers seriously. Very satisfied with the outcome and will continue to rely on their company.
