The code enforcement department is a joke. I emailed them months ago for a complaint on my neighbors weeds and dead tree destroying my property. They never contacted me to let me know what was going on and the issue is still going on. Yet another waste of tax payers dollars in Leon county

I was on hold for 20 minutes. I'm just trying to get someone to get unauthorized trash picked up. Waste pro said it is not thier job. Per WP call Code enforcement. Yet no one answers the phone or allows you to leave a message.

We had a wonderful experience with Leon County's building department. All of the staff I spoke with was very kind and helpful. Our roofing inspector David White was awesome and the permitting process was very simple! Thank you for a great permitting experience.

Worst Customer service EVERRRRR... I Work at a company that requires me to pull permits Dailey and i can not describe the dread when I have to take to the RUDE lady that answers phones there... Like if you hate your job just quit lady

The people in the office where you pay the bills that are late or if your service is cut off and you have to go talk to someone these people are very nice and professional I felt very satisfied and and happy that they got my business taken care of for me .thank you!
