I am medically ill within a mold crisis. I wanted to act quickly, but I had a million questions and each company I had come out gave me different answers which varied for what I read. Most often, customers report when a job is poorly done. As they should. But too rarely
, customers don’t report when a job is well done. I am bucking that trend. Servpro did a great job for us. Two different crews worked on separate phases of my bathroom project. I feel very qualified to leave this review because I've had 2 separate back-to-back water damage situations within a three month span. I'm a newer homeowner who has never had to put in an insurance claim/get major repairs before this year, and Ben and the team were there every step of the way. I had a pretty significant overhaul of my floors, walls and garage and they were incredibly accommodating for touch-ups/little things as we wrapped up.

I also ironically just had my water heater leak right after these back-to-back incidents and Emilia in the office came to make sure there was no water in the new laminate flooring. Very helpful and professional and were happy to answer questions/follow up even after the work was finished. Definitely recommend!

i appreciated Ben coming out on short notice to evaluate our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick to provide a quote and helped me better understand our options. I’m also very grateful to have his number in my hip pocket should we ever need him again. If you have an unfortunate incident w/ leaky sink or water damage, this is the guy to call. We originally called ServPro to deal with water damage in our basement do to a sewer backup after a big storm. Ben and his team are very professional and cleaned/repaired the damage in a very timely fashion. Their quality of work and attention to detail are what make them a top notch service provider. We were so impressed with their work, we had them come back to build out a wall to mount an electric fireplace and TV. We love the final product and ServPro will be our first call when projects like this come up in the future.
