I bought a Diverge Expert Carbon bike ($5000) a few days ago from Crank Revolution Bike Shop in Illinois, and and I used one time. I returned it today without any problem or scratches. First he said that it would be a maximum of 15% and that this was determined by the specialized company. Then he increased the amount and took 20% restocking fee. When I told her that this was too much, she said "This is my workplace, I found it appropriate. I definitely do not recommend you to shop there.

I recently moved to the area and wasn’t expecting to find such a great shop nearby. I feel lucky to have such a good bike shop so close!
I purchased a new Tarmac from a shop in another state but it arrived with some broken parts. Crank Revolution to the rescue: TC helped me through the warranty process with Specialized and did all of the labor. The bike looks and rides perfectly. The shop helped me with getting a quick fit on the bike, was easy to communicate with etc.

This is by far the best shop in the area. They are extremely knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming. I’ve done a bunch of upgrades on our mountain bikes thanks to TC, and I couldn’t be happier with their excellent service. They have my highest recommendation.

Purchased a bike here about a year ago and the bike has been decent, it came with a one year labor warranty, within the first month of owning the bike I took it back to get the rear brake looked at because the pressure and the grabbing power had gone down significantly since I bought it. When I took it in they put an air bubble in the line and said it was so I get more brake feel being too lazy to do a 5 min bleed job properly, attempt 1 to get my brakes fixed failed. they always seem to have an attitude when I bring my bike in to get worked on, my most recent visit had me trying to get the brake fixed again months later by a different guy, I told him it needed a flush and bleed and he proceeded to just add new fluid to the old fluid I had already stated was bad, I was present for the whole service and he proceeded to tell me the whole rear braking system needed to be replaced when I knew it did not and then they tried to charge me for the service even though the year service warranty wasn't up. I took it to another shop the same day and they blead and flushed it without any issue. these guys will look at you like you are an idiot, when I tried to explain to them I know how these systems work and was surprised about their dishonest behavior the bike mechanic went back and forth with me for 10 minuets telling me I needed a new brake and looked at me like I was stupid. I am not I don't take my bike here anymore.

Bike shops are a hit or miss in the west suburbs, usually the latter. If you're like me, and you value having positive buying experiences, you'll love it here. Crank Revolution was founded by two awesome lads who successfully combined their passion into a reputable, friendly bike shop. They'll answer all your questions, give you ACTUAL professional advice, and in my case, sell you the best bike in the world. They don't sweat the small stuff and they genuinely want to see you get out there and have the best riding experience possible. This will be my spot for a very long time. Highly recommended.

Great people, awesome bikes, nice service.
No matter if you need to do Di2 conversion on your road bike, need to fix the flat for your kids bike or looking to purchase brand new rig to shred the trails. This is the spot.
Huge parking lot so you can hop on your dream bike and test ride it.
There is no problem to chat with the owner or have a friendly conversation with the knowledgeable employees, ask for Jeremy if you want to feel more as a friend, get the great shopping experience and receive helpful informations.
Plenty of bikes and merch to choose from.
