Steve Rich removed a 1000 gallon UGST from my property, and they did an excellent job! Very professional and punctual etc. Everything they said they'd do was done on the timeline and price that we'd agreed upon. The tank was located near my AC units, and they were able to figure out a way to remove the tank and not cause any damage to the AC units. The clean-up afterwards was like it never happened. By far the best experience I've had with a contractor! Glenn, Isiah, and Luis were fantastic.

I reached out to Steve Rich for our oil tank removal - we were selling our house, and needed to have it removed.

The service from Steve Rich is great, and easy and to the point.

Their prices were better than 2 other companies I reached out to, and Glenn responded to my inquiry super fast. They also helped guide me for getting the permit.

Glenn helped answer all my questions, and we were able to get a schedule pinned down in about a week (it depends on your town), but everything went smooth, and Glenn sent the completed paperwork the next day to ensure we could move forward with the sale.

The actual extraction was super smooth. Danny was the excavator, and he used a detector and found exactly where the tank was, and they were done in just a few hours.

Overall, great experience for something so intimidating. Much easier than I expected, and better price than the others I reached out to.

Recommended for Passaic county and wherever else they might serve in the NE.

This project of removing my oil tank which was under the driveway in such a tight space was expertly removed with the professionalism of the workers. Also the staff kept me informed before the work was to be started and were right on the mark as the info they sent for the day of the tank removal. Highly recommend Steve Rich Environmental.

I received the recommendation for Steve Rich and Associates, Inc. from a friend who raved about their service. My first contact was during the weekend and online. Steve called me back on the next work day. And from there everything was clearly explained. All my questions were answered. Steve and his office had everything organized. The permit came in a timely manner. PSE&G labeled the gas and water lines. Everything was taken care of.

The day of the oil tank removal went smoothly. All work was done neatly. A tarp was put out to collect the dirt. The hole that was dug was precise and just the size needed to remove the tank. The crew that came walked me though the process and answered all my questions. It was arranged for PSE&G to be there to make sure none of the digging for the oil tank was done around the gas line.

The whole process could not have been easier. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for removal of an underground oil tank.

And bonus!!! My oil tank was intact and had no signs of contamination in the soil.
