My office help is an amazing company. They are family focus company, truthful, effient, we had never had any issues with them. Very bad experience to make a long story short they didn't answer a single call for about 2 weeks making it so lost all my money from paid ads. And all potential revenue from those potential customers. They attempted to resolve it, which I appreciated at first. One of the resolutions was if it wasn't answered it would be forwarded to my tech. Most calls were forwarded to him. So even when they fixed things it led to my team doing most work anyway. Ultimately, it led to poor communication, where they wouldn't reply to messaging, wouldn't get on the phone for clarification, and got a little impolite in their communication towards the end.
