Gadi, so sorry you found being accurately informed that you were lying offensive. Good luck with your lawsuit regarding inadequately addressing the removal of lead paint. I wish you the best of luck in continuing to provide 333 successful mold remediations per year, as it must keep you very busy. If you had been truthful about following the protocol rather than making up your own a you went along we would have appreciated it. All the best!

TERS, Inc did an absolutely amazing job at my home. Gary and Paul were incredibly knowledgeable and fantastic to work with as were all their technicians that worked on the remediation.
These situations are never an easy thing to deal with, but TERS made it a smooth and easy recovery every step of the way.
If you have water or sewer damage (like we did) or any type of mold issue, look no further. I highly endorse TERS Inc!

Dealt with these people 2 times. First time they tested for mold in my apartment. Would not give me the results, claimed that I did not pay them for the service. After I sent them a copy of my check that they deposited a week prior, 30 min later they emailed me the results. I contacted them again, recently, to do an air quality test. The person I spoke to told me to send them an email with my request. I sent the email but never got a reply. I guess they don't need the business.

Owner was available for all the questions you could possibly have. Every employee that came to our house wore coverings over their feet and were professional. I couldn't say enough good about TERS.
