Alliance was a pleasure to deal with and on top of everything. From the initial response to the tear down day. JC always answered the phone and responded. The main work from the crew was perfect. New to the asbestos abatement and would of hoped your crews would have been more attentive to my elderly parents. On the all clear day your crew of 2 shows up to remove all the plastics and fans, we noticed the screen door was removed had to ask them to put back, broke the smoke detector, and low and behold the gas was turned off on my parents furnace and not turned back on by the clean up crew, had to call a Heating&Air company to figure out why the furnace wasn’t working, disappointed.
