A friend referred me to JMR Environmental Services after I shared with him that an environmental issue was discovered during a home project. I had so many questions regarding environmental services for my issue. Lani answered all of my questions and made sure I understood her responses. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very clearly. You can tell she is passionate about the industry and the services her business provides. She helped me understand why the environmental tests were required and what to expect. She also explained what the abatement company would probably do, but did say to check with them. The knowledge she shared empowered me to ask the abatement company questions and to understand their responses. The technician from JMR that came out also provided the same great customer service. I will highly recommend JMR Environmental Services to my neighbors, friends, and family.
