I unfortunately can't remember the name of my tech, but she was AMAZING! I had my first mammogram done, and was so nervous. She was so upbeat and friendly. She explained everything, and made it painless, while easing my nerves. I've had several scans done at bright light and would never go anywhere else. The place is clean and high tech. The entire staff is informative and professional. Every experience I've had there, has been wonderful.

I had the BEST experience with an ultrasound tech at this office yesterday, Leilani. Not only was she super professional and efficient, but she also made the whole experience feel so comfortable. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, which is always appreciated when you're dealing with something as nerve-wracking as an ultrasound.

And can we just talk about how gorgeous she is? She had this radiant energy that made the entire room feel calm and positive. It's honestly rare to find someone who makes you feel so at ease while also doing such an important job so well.

If you're ever in need of an ultrasound, seriously, you want her. I felt so grateful to have had her today. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful experience into something so smooth and pleasant. 10/10 recommend! 💫

Going to regular hospital they make you feel like a victim of some sort, changing into gowns, waiting in cold hallways to get you turn for a CT scan.

At Bright light, it’s the opposite! Great staff, very friendly, you go in and out! Plus it’s way cheaper!

I have been to bright light 3 times always and will continue coming when needed!

My appointment was for 845. I called to let them know I was running late. They said to be there by 9. Thank God, I was standing at the desk at 9. I had to have two procedures. They took me in and I was finished in no time. Noone had to wait by me being late. Everyone was so nice and polite. Thank you all for your services. Be Blessed.

Ladies, I highly recommend Bright Light Medical!! Tracey was kind, informative, and absolutely wonderful through every step of the mammogram process. Empathy goes a long way, she was great. All ladies working the front desk were also great. Thanks everyone for making it such a “Bright Experience”!!

The facility was very nice and clean. The workers were very polite and kind. The women that did my MRI was such a sweet person to me and was patient as well. All in all everything and everyone was wonderful.

This last visit was the second set of tests with this wonderful group. Kind and efficient front desk staff right up to the knowledgeable and comforting technicians. Burbank and Elk Grove locations are easy to find with plenty of parking.

The radiologist read was thorough and quick. I had a hip X-ray at an outpatient facility back in MI. Even with insurance it was not cheap and the results took 4 weeks! The radiologist read was literally 3 words compared to the several paragraph well written read done at Bright Light Medical Imaging. This place is worth the ride from Michigan!

The technician I had for my Ultra sound was very pleasant. She made me feel at ease and I thought that it made the test go smoothly. I think that she is an excellent technician and really makes her patients feel at ease. Made me feel very comfortable.
