I am the Maintenance Supervisor at Brementowne Manor, and was left with a rather large bulk pickup delima. Even though we have an account with Homewood Disposal, it was complicated. I made a call to our service representative Ken Groenewold, and described the situation to him, sent pictures, and within 2 days, the problem was solved in one removal. I thank Ken for his determination to solve our bulk pickup delima in a timely manner.

We've been using Homewood Disposal for several years. They seem to be fair with their pricing. One time we had something lodged in the dumpster, preventing the contents from being emptied into the truck. I called and they sent someone out as a courtesy. Jim Walker is assigned to our territory. He's a great communicator and very personable. No complaints! The only concern I have is being careful to understand the contract they propose. I was unaware of the duration of the contract upon signing.
