I really didn’t know where to turn. My tax situation got out of hand. I saw a sign on the expressway and made my appointment. Initially my first visit was very pleasant. My return appointment wasn’t so great. I came seeking help and was laughed at. The accountant made me feel so low. I ran out of there in tears in the pouring rain. I did talk to the owner who was pleasant. He did offer to provide me and additional services for free which I declined. I didn’t want anything for free. I just wanted the services I paid for. I never heard from them again. So I contacted the IRS and the state of Illinois for a payment plan myself. I wasted money paying for a service and not receiving the help or support I needed. I tried to reconnect with them for my taxes, but after tossing and turning in my bed all night. Reliving that humiliation. I knew I would never return. Make sure you have thick skin. Make sure you owe at least 20k in back taxes or you won’t be taken seriously.

As I walked into their office, I was doubting they could get me anything close to not paying 2700 dollars like I had payed the year before with Jackson Hewitt plus the 300 I gave them to tell me that I owed? They didn't even look for ways to save me money or get me money, Unlike Fedele and Associates did, they were a taxpayers dream come true, instead of Me paying money I got some back this time, I have passed the baton down the round to friends and family in need of great tax preparation, now excuse me while I eat my steak.....
