I started coming to this location when I received my new teaching position in the area. I have to admit I was use to seeing all the Machinery at other locations so to see just clothes hanging threw me for a loop. The staff aren’t as friendly but they are there to do a job and do just that. I feel it should be called One Price Cleaners Hub because they don’t do everything there and if you need alternations done there is no one you can talk to who actually fix the clothes it’s just a third party situation. I miss the same day service but I guess getting clothes the next evening isn’t so bad. It’s a decent place to go to and close to work and I can stop there before going to work or after work. One of the things I will say is the customer service is starting to change . There’s some young people there who attitudes aren’t great some days. It was very relaxed and Taking my time type of behavior. One day I arrived at the same time as one young lady who opened the store up . I looked at the clock is was 7:15 am 😳😳😳
I say tighten up on Customer Service a bit but other than that I’ll still support this location.

I’m beyond frustrated with my recent experience at CD One Price Cleaners in Homewood. I trusted them with one of my favorite shirts, only to have it returned damaged. When I brought the issue to their attention, they refused to take accountability for their mistake.

It’s disheartening to experience such poor customer service, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer. I expect better care and responsibility from a business entrusted with personal items.

If you’re considering their services, proceed with caution.

Reasonable price, clothes cleaned very well, work completed in 1 day, polite and efficient cashiers. I’m so glad I found this particular CD Cleaners. I can afford their good services.

All I needed was my dress pressed. They did a great job on pressing my dress. The problem came when I went to pick my dress up and they had put safety pins through the straps of my $100 satin dress! For. No. Reason. They safety pinned the straps to the hanger, it was not falling off the hanger, the dress actually had hanger straps (they did not use), and now I have a dress I need to wear to a wedding with 4 safety pin holes through the straps. I do have to say they did apologize and gave me a refund for getting the dress pressed but that doesn’t take the holes away. You would think a company that deals with caring for peoples clothes and different fabrics would know that you can’t put pins through satin fabric without ruining it.

Very fast and easy experience! First time i took anything to get dry cleaned and my husbands suits were cleaned and pressed perfectly! Will be returning

Shrunk my jacket and the girl that works there was very disrespectful when I called to tell them so we’re going to court she literally said nothing they can do about that . I asked for a manager she said they were in Chicago heights store and she wouldn’t give me the information I asked for to contact them .

I was disappointed with the results of a couple items, and expressed it with the employee who gave me my dry cleaning. I’ve not received any resolution to date.

I was surprised I could not get same day service for my order. Secondly when I got my clothes back they didn't seem like they were iron. If so they got wrinkled fast.
