We used them for installing 12 recessed lights. The job was done at the end, but the guy who was here seemed to me like a beginner. I had to provide him with tools like stud finder, laser leveller, glasses for eye protection etc... He had to cut through my drywall for pulling wires which was fine by me but the floor and other things were not covered with tarps. He did not use the circular saw but rather cut the holes manually using a drywall knife. The finish was pretty ordinary. We spent the next few hours just cleaning up the mess.. At the end, job was done - yes but was it done professionally, Nope.

I had a problem with a mystery ~80VAC from hot to neutral at a light fixture with the switch off, which concerned me as a possible high-impedance short and fire hazard. Absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough. Not only are the extremely quick to respond but their work was outstanding. We originally had gone with another highly recommended local company in the area that actually left us with a mess, a half done project and dangerous conditions. Ricardo and his staff came in and cleaned up the problem, and were just great people to work with. I'm big on supporting my local neighbors, and will no longer call anyone besides Neighborhood. If you want to project done right and within a respectful budget, give them a call.
