Wonderful shop! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Annette was wonderful and went above and beyond to help get my bike issues resolved! Another member of staff helped me get my bike into my car after I was having some issues by myself and made sure I knew how to do so in the future. They really help you explore all your options while working with your budget! Always had good experiences until today.I brought my bike that I bought from here, and have serviced multiple times here in because it broke. I needed it fixed so I can ride. I did not have an appointment as I forgot you needed one. I understand, and had no issue waiting for a reasonable amount of time I thought 30 minutes was not reasonable for a maybe. Very disappointed in the customer service. I always recommended them in the past and was planning to buy 2 new bikes from them in September. I contacted a different bike shop that told me to bring it right in to be looked at.
