The reviews are on here telling stories!!! This is THE WORST place you can go to have anything done to your car. Ranging from tire rotation to oil changes these are the laziest most unprofessional people you will ever deal with. They have no integrity and will lie straight to your face. On top of that they are all Black in there. As a Black women myself I try to support as much as I can but I have been here twice and it has been my own kind that have given me the hardest time!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR BUSINESS, TIME, OR ENERGY.

they couldn't have been more nice then when I went in to have a tire fixed, front desk was very helpful and the tech that fixed my tire was very honest with me and told me tire was not repairable and they put a new one on. Excellent customer service

I bought a Groupon for 70$ to get my oil changed , called and checked to make sure pricing was accurate . They then charged me an additional $45 at the shop for oil and labor . I just hate being mislead and I feel like I got ripped off when supposedly getting a deal . $115 for oil change is a bit excessive . They didn’t do the inspection top off my fluids or rotate my tires so I wouldn’t recommend this place .

10/10 customer service. Lobby is cozy also. The mechanics and front desk are super friendly. I really appreciate the willingness to work with me. I’m disabled and have hand controls in my car. They operated them with ease. Had 4 new tires installed and they feel phenomenal! My new go to shop for any work

Had a great experience at the Homewood Car-X! They got me in quick for an oil change. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had a check engine light on and they looked into and got it to turn off. Highly recommend a company with employees that go above and beyond to give good service! I will certainly be back for any other car needs - 100% better at getting the job done than the dealership I bought my car from!
