I have scheduled a ride with my health insurance I feel like they were unprofessional. I called more then three times. I asked for an ETA on my ride. Never got a call back.
Then when I called back, I asked again for the ETA. She said 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody never came.

Then, when I told her that nobody came, I was telling her that I was irritated that I have to go get my medicine She basically mocked me on the phone, repeating what I was saying

I had to end up wasting money on an Uber to go get my stuff

Baby I got time today cause why I call your company 3 times and ain't nobody call me back and I didn't make it to my appointment had to turn around 10 mins into the ride cause your driver was late. I was not rude from the jump so all that extra weird stuff you doing you stop for the reviews boo. Still chasing what, your driver has a hr late getting me prior to your GPS sending them to the wrg address so we had to give address to help your GPS get to my house I was the one that told y'all y'all can still come baby I had a ride coming who TF call at 2:43 when my appointment is at 3:15 make it make sense boo. If you wanted to cancel you could have I ddnt call y'all back y'all called me now you better get your mind right

Horrible dispatch service and customer care is non existent. The main woman yelled at me for simply calling to request a ride and then blames me, the customer for her personal problems that impact her capacity to be kind and communicate with customers. (Children, police, etc) She hung up on me twice and I waited over an hour for my Medical ride to pick me up. This woman shouldn’t be in business and definitely not transporting consumers through medical care rides. She’s unprofessional, yells and screams and hangs up on customers that she’s legally obligated to pick up accordingly. There is NOTHING “blessed” about this company or its ride services. It’s a shame. They should absolutely be removed from medical trip provider programs with the state of Illinois. I am going to file complaints with the State of Illinois, Modivcare, Medicare everywhere!. That’s how mean and inappropriate this company is and how traumatic dealing with them yesterday was to my spirit. Stay away from these folx.

And her reply shows the venom of this place. I am the customer. You are providing a service to consumers. You don’t provide an ETA and make us wait for over an hour on a scheduled pick up. I was late to my appointment by over an hour! And you then picked me up from my appointment in a shared Uber an hour late!! If you think this is proper business, it surely is a damn shame you’re still in business. Bless you too maam.

Originally made a bad review. I apologize for that ! Good people , good service . Literally the best . I was pregnant with too many hormones, felt too entitled & spoke too soon. I would give them a 10/10 . The owner just wanted to protect her business. I take my words back 100% . They come through & very professional.

As promised, when requested I would like to update my review. My initial review expressed a not-so-pleasant one and the concerns that contributed to my not-so-pleasant review on, the first time using this transportation service, but I decided to use the transportation service againbto allow the opportunity for this company to prove their worthiness. This time around my initial complaints such as a lack of communication and promptness were resolved. My drivers were courteous, prompt, and heavy on communication. I applaud this company for listening to my concerns and ultimately providing me with a more pleasant experience. My plan in the near future is to book more rides with this company and trust that I will receive the most satisfying experience as I did today

Absolute WORST transportation. The dispatcher is rude. Then when you call after the 15 minute window, they are upset because you’re asking where is your ride. No updates about ETA. Makes an excuse everytime. Come when they feel like it. You’re better off walking than riding with this transportation company!

This is the WORST company to ever work with! The lady is very unprofessional! She has a nasty ass attitude and bad communication!!!

The owner is amazing I’m so blessed to have found this company truly. I currently have stage four astrocytoma (brain cancer) and have my ups and downs whether I can make my appointments due to being sick. Markesha and ALL her drivers have been truly amazing taking me to my appointments. They are always on time when they tell me what time to be ready and I have not had one driver that has been rude or unable to assist me. No matter what anyone says you form a relationship with the drivers and Markesha being that they are the ones that get you to your appointment safely and on time! I wouldn’t want it any other way! Thank you for almost. A year of excellent service!
