I needed to get a drug test performed for my new employer as this was the location that was chosen. Upon reviewing their business hours I decided to call to confirm. I spoke with Dr. Petronas and she was great. Polite, professional, courteous. I explained that I was currently in the city but that I would leave early to make it to her location. She was gracious and kind and said she would wait for me. I called her a couple of other times to let her know I was en route. I made it shortly after closing hours and she greeted me with a smile. She took care of what I needed, explained the process and was very kind in doing so. I thanked her for her kindness and for waiting for me. She was great. I have high remarks for her and would recommend her and her practice. Thank you again Dr.Petrina. Kindness and professionalism does still exist.

Supposed to be open today and there is no notice anywhere that they are closed. Would not recommend this place, definitely not reliable.

I like to say Thank you to the Two Wonderful Lady at this facility. I am in the Chicago area and had to get a procedure done on 05/28/2024. And they were very helpful and treated me as if I was family thank you so much , and I would like them to know that everything is ok .

Dr. Jackson is wonderful! I love the calming and peaceful, yet joyful atmosphere in her office. She is dedicated to her clients seeing improvement in their conditions and thoroughly knowledgeable about available alternatives. Her fees are quite reasonable and she has other wellness programs available as well. She also has great connections if your needs require that you possibly see other specialists or your primary doctor. You can't go wrong choosing Dr. Petrina Jackson as your chiropractic and wellness doctor!

Omg! Where do I begin? I came to Trio Wellness two months ago with a lot of neck pain, dizziness and pressure on the right side of my head since May 2020. I had been to multiple doctors and specialists all year and had every blood test, CT Scans, and MRI you could think of. All my tests came back as normal but the pain and dizziness persisted in fact getting worse.

On my first visit Dr Petrina took over an hour to talk to me about my issues and my history before beginning. She determined that acupuncture was probably not for me, but recommended Cupping. I felt some relief but the dizziness persisted which led her to suggest neck and head x-rays. Voila!

The issue was found to be degeneration from an old injury, and we began a series of procedures. The procedures were painless, therapeutic, and relaxing... The dizziness is virtually gone now and the neck pain is getting better and better. I can think more clearly now! My quality of life is returning!

Thanks Dr Petrina for being my Chiropractor, therapist and thank God for your healing hands! I am definitely sending friends and family to you.
