Greetings everyone!

I went here for glasses and contacts as they were the closet in network location under my VSP eye insurance, and I must boldly say that my experience was AMAZING.

I was greeted by the staff associates immediately upon entry and helped almost within minutes despite the high volume of costumers.

ALIYAH, the helping sale associate was absolutely on point. She was very patient, precise, and professional with her interaction with me.

She even took much time out to help me try on several pairs of frames before I found the one that looked the very best.

By the end of my visit I honestly felt as if I had made a new friend.

This place is awesome!

Will be back for sure.

This store location keeps closing early and it’s preventing me from picking up my glasses. I paid over $200 for my and my son’s glasses and it’s extremely disappointing that the store closes early. I don’t clock out of work until 5:30 and today this store was closed, lights off and doors locked before the 6pm hour. Please express to your employees why honoring your store hours is important to the customers they serve and who paid them.

The experience would have been much better if I was acknowledged earlier than later. If you're busy handling another customer at least acknowledge that I exist too. I had a scheduled appointment. On another note, the doctor was thorough and concerned about my vision, and the Associate handling the the pre-exam was Awesome!!!

Great experience yesterday at the Homewood location. I had a 4:15 appointment and was behind a few minutes no issues. They allowed me to look around and pick a few frames while I waited for the doctor. The store associate were great & very paitent I had my son with me & they gave me all the time I needed to not get overwhelmed. Sometimes getting new glasses can be a hassle thank you guys for making it a breeze
