I was so confused when I came in because I couldn't find the "plus size" section, nor the "women's." There weren't overhead labels for these sections, as I recall. I saw an overhead label for "juniors" ane "men's," and was super confused. I eventually found both women's and plus size items, but I don't like that kind of confusion.

On top of this, the selection wasn't great, once browsing through the items. There was nothing in there that I wanted to purchase at all.

I'll give the TJ Maxx in Tinley Park a try sometime down the line, but I'm not too hopeful. I don't know why I cannot get down with this chain anymore. But ROSS Is My Store! 🙂

Absolutely wonderful shopping experience. The store was clean, well organized, and the prices are great!! The staff are well groomed, neat and very friendly and professional. I hate going out to stores, but my experience was so wonderful, I plan to return with my daughter. Let me also mention, the selection was great. Whoever the manager is, they deserve a raise, and so does the staff. Please keep up the great work.

I’m very disappointed in the customer service i received from Selena B. She was very rude . As a customer entering a store I don’t want to here we close in 10mins and your better off coming back tomorrow. I felt it was rude because you don’t what I’m shopping for and you didn’t tell the people at the jewelry display that that came in with me . As a loyal tj maxx customer it very distasteful and she need better training on approach because it not what you say it how you say it .
