I had to make a return and I am always happily surprised that the staff greets everyone as soon as they enter. The cashier Rochelle was very nice and helpful when I checked out and it was just a nice interaction.

I had a very positive experience at the Cold store in my neighborhood of Homewood Illinois. The store was clean. The layout of the facility was very nice and logical and the associates that help me shop. We’re very knowledgeable and friendly.

As a millennial, I've been sleeping on Kohl's.
Well, not anymore!
The deals ate everywhere and if sign up for their emails and get the Kohl's card ( not an endorsement, I don't know your pockets, right? ) you will get so many discounts thrown at you that it'll leave your head spinning!

PROS:
Always greeted as soon as I entered by friendly professionals. The bathrooms are always clean. The styles and inventory change weekly. Shop online and pick up in-store.
SEPHORA! Need I say more?

CONS:
The store can get unorganized, or shelves left bare.
Some of the items are dated-looking.
The music is snooze-worthy at times.
The wheelchair-accessible door is not as fast as it should be. Mens section is sad, ( needs more fashion-forward clothing to bring in a more diverse clientele. )

The Kohls in Homewood needs to shut down! The cashiers are ALL rude! They look at you like you crazy, they lie and say they don't have an item because they lazy and want you out their face, because they sit and take to each other. This has happened several times when I go in there but I'm officially done with that location. One cashier even told my mom that she can't use her Kohls cash on certain items and you ABSOLUTELY CAN. My mom end up losing $40 Kohls cash because of her!

So I went to return some items. Expecting a not so good experience as other previous experiences with past purchases I've had at this same location. I was blown away by the sweet cheerfulness I was welcomed by with Beverly. The lady first of wall was glowing with happiness and cheerfulness. She was so pleasant, now days this is a rare occurance. I was so surprised by her cheerfulness disposition. She told me she has worked there 29 years. She was simply amazing today. I wish there were more people like her. This world would be a much happier place. She treated me with such kindness. I was literally blown away. Thank you Beverly for your sweet glowing positive radiance . This was at the Kohls in Homewood Illinois around noon today

The Associate Pamela was a very good reason for me to return. She was kind patient and thorough in checking us out. It made our day and we will return. The prices were right to and Kohl's Cash is always welcome.
