I just had the Legacy team out on Tuesday. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable as we waited for a good stretch of days to complete a total roof replacement. They were on the job bright and early. They completed the whole multi-level roof in less than a day. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards as if they weren’t even there. We had a crazy wind storm last night and we woke up to a phone call from my neighbor about all the shingles in our front yard. Called Legacy Roofing as soon as we walked outside and saw the damage. They had a tech out, Jeff Mingus, within the hour to put a tarp on our roof before the next storm came in!
Looking forward to working with Legacy to resolve the issue!

We hired Legacy to repair our roof after a large tree fell on our house in June of 2023. They would not tarp over the hole in the roof without signing a contract giving the the right time intervene on our behalf meaning any funds released would go directly to Legacy and we would have no say. The case manager we worked with was very polite and personable but didn't seem interested in helping us do the leg work with insurance to repair the damage and was focused on selling a whole new roof when only the severely damaged part was approved by insurance to be repaired. Fast forward 14 months and total disbursement of insurance approved funds; our roof still has a very large limb in the attic space and a tarp over the area that was placed by a different company. During the year since the damage occurred I have received several calls from the case manager asking me to contact this and that agency to try to get the cost of the new roof approved and I have done so however when I reply to the case manager with nothing else being approved by insurance he only suggests someone else for me to contact. I feel that Legacy should fix what insurance approved and stop focusing on selling a whole new roof; especially since they've been holding our $1000 deductible all this time. I've consulted another roofing business only to find out that the pictures submitted by Legacy didn't even show the severely damaged section of the roof. I advise future potential customers to shop around thoroughly before doing business with Legacy. There's a lot to be said for politeness but it should be accompanied by efficient, quality work and as little leg work by the customer as necessary. I've suffered great frustration and anxiety through this process and definitely will check into other companies for any future work required.
I also can't help but notice that all the positive reviews here are shareable but not the negative. They present themselves as a "faith based" business. Could've fooled me.
Update 9/5/2024. I scheduled an appointment for today and nobody ever showed up. Absolutely ridiculous.

I found myself needing to replace the roof for the first time since I've owned this home. I tried multiple contractors and most wouldn't even return my call, much less show up for a quote. I found Legacy and spoke with Kayleb. Legacy helped me work with my insurance and sent out a great team to do the work. It took a couple of days but the work is beautiful, the cleanup went well and I was extremely happy to have the job done.

We had a leak in our roof and Legacy was very prompt and professional in getting our new roof installed. It took one whole morning to tear off and replace sheeting and shingles and clean up. I highly recommend Legacy Roofing. Brett was very attentive to my needs.
