I'm Thrilled to Bits and Bits and Bits
I NEVER have to look at those ugly rusted outdoor fixtures again. I'm beyond thrilled! You got me on your calendar quickly, the team came out today, they were amazing, lickety split the old fixtures were down and the new ones were up and shining brightly.

I lost power to half my home, the result of an old exterior mounted disconnect switch. Called Excel Electrical for a quote, I found them to be very responsive and easy to work with. After my approval of their quote, they were out the next morning, on time, just as promised. The scope of the work involved replacing the disconnect switch with a whole house breaker as well as some other minor tasks to bring everything up to code. Weather conditions were less than ideal, but everything was completed and my home was back to normal that afternoon. They are a great company and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending or using them again if necessary.

Thank You Excel Electrical Technologies! We were in the process of moving and had some electrical concerns brought up during the inspection. After doing some research we came across Excel Electrical Technologies, and we are glad we did. From the first call, all the people that we spoke with and worked with were extremely professional. Excel Electrical in Orland Park is great. The Manager Omar came out to assess the work that was needed right away (and it wasn't even an emergency) and provide a price (reasonable). Omar reassured me the electrical system did not need the very expensive upgrades and replacements two other electricians advised. He also showed me on paper with calculations and demonstrations why the upgrades were not needed. Had I known this I would not have waited more than a year to have a short out circuit fixed, thinking I'd have to replace the breaker box and update everything in it as well as wiring. Alixi the Project Manager performed the repairs. He was soft spoken, polite and even tolerated my dog that barked the entire morning. Neither of them judged the way my house looks (work in progress). Please give them the opportunity to assess the situation and provide estimates. They were willing to work in phases for some other work I want done. I will definitely be calling them back for additional work next year.

Excel Electrical Technologies, Inc., is a great company to use! We have been clients for the last 15+ years and they have never let us down. This week I called for a couple basement light replacements. The owner arrived promptly when he said he would - we didn't have to wait and there was no "between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m." business. He inspected the job, took specifications and made an appointment for the work - the next morning! The technician arrived and was not only thorough, quiet, unobtrusive, and genial, but COMPETENT. The fixtures were installed to my specifications within an hour. He took my check and left. I couldn't be happier with the results.
