We had an egress window installed 11/18/24. Fantastic experience start to finish! Marc was great to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and gave us very important information we needed to protect the structure of our home. After interviewing 4 other companies, we choose BDry for our egress window install for our 2003 built home. They did a fantastic job. Crew was friendly, punctual and very efficient in their work. Care was taken to limit dust and debris inside the home as the cuts were made. And the fill dirt left for us was very useful for our backyard gardens. Highly recommended for this type of work.

My mom has been having trouble with her basement leaking during heavy rains. We had bad waterproofing epoxy injections in the past by another company (High & Dry) that didn't stand by their work. Not to mention, were very rude to my mother who was just trying to get the warranty honored. She couldn't even get them out to view the leak. We decided to dump them, move on, and just eat the cost.

We started getting quotes for sump pump installation which ranged from $12,000 to $15,000. This was just too expensive for my mom.

Luckily, we called one last company, B-dry. With the last heavy rain half of her basement was three inches under water. Mark came out right away and looked at everything and was so great to work with. He walked me through everything I needed to do to stay dry before they could install everything. I even had to text him a couple times because more water came in and he walked me through everything. B-dry quoted $4722 for sump pump and wall fix from the botched job done by other company. We were so pleased and signed the contract that day.

They were behind with jobs, so we had to wait a couple weeks before the job, which was fine. But surprisingly got moved up, Paul and his crew came out and completed the job perfectly within a day and a couple hours the next. They did an amazing job and we both couldn't be happier. I was shown everything they did and given directions for moving forward. Just amazing group to work with, finished the job quick and right before the New Year. We don't have to worry about flooding in 2025!

If you are in need of a solution for waterproofing, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Today the gentlemen from BDry installed an egress window in my basement. They arrived on time and had the whole job done in one day. They answered my questions and were very polite. I'm definitely going to recommend them to everyone I know!

I had my basement waterproofed a week after the egress window and again perfect service! BDry must put extra effort into hiring well mannered people, they answered all my questions and did a great job.

I had BDry cut a strip of concrete out of my driveway and install a rubber "street creep" expansion joint. I also had them cut through the rebar that was connecting the driveway to my garage floor as the driveway movement was damaging my garage floor. The workers did what was expected and left the worksite clean. I had gotten several estimates and BDry gave me the best price to have the job done correctly with modern street creep material instead of fiberboard. I am happy with my decision to do business with BDry and would not hesitate to give them my business again.
