Brandon came out next day after we called to have our roof inspected to sell the home. Because he was so prompt and professional, we also used him to do the tuckpointing on our chimney. The chimney now looks like new, and it brings us great relief that our buyers are so happy with the work performed as well. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience done with such ease. We're very grateful for the quality of work and would highly recommend him.

Brandon was very responsive, courteous and professional. I was under the gun to get my roof replaced and quickly. He was very transparent with what needed to be done, communicative and assuring throughout the entire process. His integrity was apparent and he always got back to me to answer any and all of my questions. The job was done quickly (from start to finish) and done very well. They even started a day earlier than expected because rain was expected to be at the end of the scheduled job. All the workers were very courteous to me & the neighbors property. I can’t speak highly enough about ProTech Roofing Group, as well as the lead contractor/foreman Brandon. For those that are familiar with flat roofs, performing a complete tear off and new installation is much more labor-intensive than a normal pitched roof.

From the beginning, I knew I wanted to do business with Brandon and his company due to his clear communication and responsiveness. He exceeded my expectations on price (about 25% less than the three other bids I received), but most importantly he gave me several options and recommended I go with a less costly fix (that would hold up longer than the other options!) when the other roofers we’re pushing for the most expensive solution.

Don’t get me wrong, a tear off roof, whether it is flat or pitched, is not inexpensive as it is a large project for a residential home. However, this is the first roofer I’ve ever come into contact with who followed through on EVERY promise he made. In addition, the craftsmanship from his entire team, as well as how courteous they all were, was second to none. It was also a pleasant surprise to see no debris on the ground after each day of work!
