I had a slow leak under my kitchen sink and when it manifested itself EMS came and surveyed the damage. Major mold under an entire cabinet and part of wood staircase. They used all proper protocols of closing off the area, dehumidifying the kitchen, demolition, and rebuild. My kitchen is better than prior remodel by a different company. Thank you!

Completely corrupt and incompetent. They used bad practices in putting wood that had mold back in with the restoration, but were thankfully caught be the inspectors. The did a poor job of restoration (I have photo) and are threatening legal action because they don't want to pay the cost associated with the granite countertop they cracked.
I recommend staying away at all costs because it will only cost you. Do not be fooled by the lower estimate. They give change orders and then just mess your place up.
